Marathon Adventures White Continent 2018

This is just a short posting intended to feature some of my favorite shots from my recent staffing of the 2018 Marathon Adventures White Continent trip.  I am currently a mobile only photographer and for this trip I employed two second generation Google Pixel phones for all photos.  My favorite and exclusive editing tool is Snapseed [a free application available for Android and Apple devices].

The Southern Cross Marathon

On January 29, 2018 we hosted the Southern Cross Marathon in Punta Arenas, Chile.  This event was primarily for those participating in the Triple 8 Quest, but was open to the public and to those participating in the 2018 White Continent trip.  This year we had twenty-five participants. 

The White Continent Marathon

We hosted the White Continent Marathon on King George Island, Antarctica on January 30, 2018.   This year we had sixty-two participants.
